- How do I delete my account?Go to Settings > Close account > Delete account. Deletion takes 48 hours and removes your resume from all of Empregare.
- Are my data safe on Empregare?The site uses a secure connection, the password is only yours, and you can see account access. See how to protect your account.
- I received a password or access email I didn't requestIf someone entered your email or CPF by mistake, ignore it. If it was an access recovery you didn't initiate, protect your account.
- How Does Empregare Use My Data?Your resume data goes to companies according to your privacy settings and applications. See the rules and your rights.
- I received a message asking for payment or information. Is it a scam?Empregare does not charge you to apply and does not ask for passwords or codes. Be suspicious of money requests and report the job posting.
